Users must not use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: • fraud or attempted fraud • impersonating another person • providing false information • misleading listings • harassment or abuse of other users • threatening behaviour • posting offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory content • attempting to bypass platform payments • attempting to circumvent platform fees • using automated tools to scrape or copy content from the site • distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code.

  1. Listing Requirements

Owners must ensure that any pod listed on the Platform: • is owned by them or they have the legal right to rent it • is described accurately • includes clear photos where possible • is safe for normal use • is not defective or damaged in a way that could create risk.

Owners must not create listings that: • contain false claims • misrepresent the condition of the pod • misrepresent compatibility with vehicles • promote illegal activity.

  1. Payment Rules

All payments for bookings must be made through the Platform.

Users must not: • request payment outside the Platform • offer payment outside the Platform • attempt to avoid service fees by arranging rentals privately after connecting through the Platform.

Transactions arranged off-platform are not protected by the Platform and may result in account suspension.
